Personalised portraits

Each portrait is made from the photograph you supply, of your vehicle, in the size and finish you choose. It is a good made to your specifications and clearly personalised: it cannot be put back on sale.

Article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code therefore excludes the right of withdrawal. The fourteen-day period does not apply, and an order cannot be taken back because you changed your mind.

What we take back and remake, at our cost

A parcel damaged in transit, a printing fault, or a mistake on our part regarding the size, the finish or the drawing: the print is remade and reshipped free of charge. If remaking it is not possible, the order is refunded in full, delivery included.

Report the problem to bonjour@ateliermassenet.com, with a photograph. We answer within two working days.

Your statutory guarantees

They apply in every case and are unaffected by the absence of a withdrawal right: the statutory guarantee of conformity (two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
